Summer Nights OUT - Ages 10-18

Service Description

Summer Nights Out Series is for our students ages 10-18 to go out in the community together to socialize, gain new experiences and make connections with local businesses in the area. Official events will be finalized later in the spring, but here is a tentative breakdown of what we have in mind. Events are still subject to change and times will be finalized as they are - but generally happen between 5pm and 8pm. **All Summer Nights Out are eligible to be covered by PerformCare funding. Please contact us for more information** June 26 - Movie Night at the Bridgewater Mall July 3 - Video Game/Karaoke Night at Hope for All Learners July 10 - Community Garden Event and Picnic with our friends at the Organic Community Garden at Bundt Park July 17 - TBD July 24 - Patriots Baseball Game at Patriots Stadium in Bridgewater July 31 - TBD Aug 7 - Bowling Night at Oakwood Lanes Aug 14 - Laser Tag at Branchburg Sports Complex

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Social Skills Classes/Inclusive Clubs: Refunds will be processed in full less a $20 service fee when requested ONE WEEK or MORE prior to the start of a class. Payment in full is due at the time of the first class. In the event that a cancellation for the session is requested in writing once the session has already begun, a refund will be processed less any completed classes, two future classes and a $20 processing fee. No refunds can be processed within the last two weeks of a session. Kids Night Events: A refund for tickets purchased MORE than 10 days before an event can be refunded in full less a $5 service fee. Refunds requested between 2 and 9 days before the event will be processed at a rate of 50% less a $5 processing fee. No refunds can be processed within 48 hours of the event.
